Sometimes a noun can be both countable and uncountable. Look at the pictures and complete the sentences
with a + noun or just the noun.

Articles (a, an, the)– Articles help specify nouns.
– “A” or “an” is used for general or first-time mentions.
– “The” is used for specific or previously mentioned nouns.
– She wants a cup of tea.
– He is an excellent musician.
– I read the book you recommended.
Plural Nouns– Regular plurals follow predictable patterns by adding -s or -es to the singular form.
– Irregular plurals have unique forms.
– One man, two men.
– The children played in the park.
– She has two pairs of shoes.
