Any payment made by the customer on Concordhomework.co.uk – whether on Paypal or via bank card – is a one-time payment, for the duration of the forthcoming 1-year period. In the future, however, recurring payments may be made available.

After successful payment you will be sent a receipt via email.

The Supporting Membership status will be indicated to you (along with the Google ads removed) as soon as your payment appears on the Paypal or bank account of Concordhomework.co.uk. Until your payment has appeared on our account, your membership status will be “Pending”, which means that your current membership status at the time of the payment will continue to be in effect.

Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with our service as a Supporting Member, you may receive a refund. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by our Support Team. If you have a refund request, please get in touch with us at contact@Concordhomework.co.uk.

Limitation of Liability
The quality and reliability of the service provided by Concordhomework.co.uk depends on external service providers, as well, for example our internet hosting provider. While we do our best to solve arising technical problems as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Supporting Membership Services or the Site. When purchasing a Supporting Membership on Concordhomework.co.uk, you acknowledge that the limitations of liability in Section 16. of the General Terms of Use apply to your Supporting Membership.

Termination of Supporting membership
Concordhomework.co.uk users disbarred from using the site for violation of the Concordhomework.co.uk Terms of Use will lose their Supporting Membership.

Prohibition of Transferability of Supporting Membership
If you elect to purchase the Supporting Membership you understand that your membership is personal to you and you may not sell, trade, transfer your account name and password or share these with others, including without limitation your co-workers. Any distribution by you of your account name and password to another person will result in cancellation of your iSLCollective.com Supporting Membership without a refund. You agree to immediately notify Concordhomework.co.uk of any unauthorized use of your Concordhomework.co.uk account or any other breach of security that you gain knowledge of in relation to the Site.

Relating to matters not at all, or not entirely, or not otherwise regulated in the present Supporting Membership Terms of Use, the regulation of the Concordhomework.co.uk General Terms of Use shall be applicable and governing.
